What you'll do

• Open and close the store and complete shift checklists
• monitor store conditions and equipment. Direct employees, delegate tasks, monitor performance, coach staff, and help maintain staffing and break coverage. Receive and verify deliveries
• stock and rotate products
• check expiration dates
• maintain displays and pricing. Follow food preparation, temperature, sanitation, rotation, and cleaning procedures. Assist with schedules, shift reports, training records, vendor communication, invoices, maintenance requests, and store documentation.
