What you'll do

• Administer introductory and technical bootcamps, customized instruction, and tutoring as needed
• contribute to new curriculum and update existing content. Work with local leadership to identify skills and competencies, deliver academic and hands-on training, develop materials, collaborate with Operations, Safety, and Quality, and conduct Train the Trainer activities. Travel 10–25% to training facilities and remote company sites.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, 30-hour OSHA training, and two or more years of construction, telecommunications, or data-center industry experience. BICSI Installation certification is preferred.
