Job overview

The Construction Superintendent – Northwest Region is an onsite role based in Butte, MT, with 100% travel and extended periods away from home. Compensation is not specified. JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, provides telecommunications infrastructure as a communications and power utility contractor. The superintendent oversees assigned utility construction projects, leading crews and foremen to meet safety, quality, productivity, schedule, and financial objectives. The role coordinates staffing, subcontractors, equipment, materials, project documentation, and customer relationships to keep work on schedule and within budget.

What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor foremen and crews
  • plan and schedule projects
  • monitor safety, quality, productivity, and project performance
  • staff projects and support recruiting and training
  • coordinate subcontractors, equipment, materials, and mobilization
  • review time reports, invoices, purchase orders, and project paperwork
  • maintain daily project logs and accurate as-builts
  • manage change-order documentation
  • ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, OSHA, and applicable safety procedures.
