The Senior D365 Project Accounting and Costing Implementation Lead role is onsite in Washington, DC, with travel to Komline sites of up to 25%. The salary range is $140,000–$170,000 per year. Komline engineers and manufactures separation technology equipment for water and process, agricultural and renewables, and industrial markets. The role exists to lead implementation of project accounting and manufacturing costing processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. It connects manufacturing transactions with financial reporting and establishes consistent budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and project-close practices across implementation and acquisition integration work.

What you'll do

• Lead requirements gathering and process design with controllers, project managers, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Configure project structures, budgets, forecasts, billing, and posting rules. Define project percentage-of-completion and revenue-recognition processes with Finance. Design estimate-to-complete and estimate-at-completion processes
• trace material, labor, overhead, and WIP costs into project financials. Evaluate standard D365 capabilities, third-party solutions, and extensions. Define reporting requirements and reconcile reports to source transactions and the general ledger. Validate and coordinate migration of open project data, lead testing, train project managers and controllers, and support cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
