The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), In-Home ABA Therapy role is onsite in a client’s home in Gilbert, AZ. The part-time schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:00–7:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 6:00–8:00 p.m. Compensation is $21–$26 per hour based on experience. BehaviorCare Therapy provides in-home support to children with autism or developmental delays. The technician provides one-to-one, play-based ABA support using treatment plans designed by a licensed BCBA. The role tracks session progress, coordinates with the BCBA and fellow technicians, and shares session feedback with families to support children’s daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with children in their homes using play-based ABA techniques
• follow treatment plans made by a supervising BCBA
• track progress during sessions using a phone or tablet data system
• coordinate with the BCBA and fellow technicians
• provide families with feedback about sessions.
