Residential HVAC Installation Supervisor / Trainer

The Residential HVAC Installation Supervisor / Trainer role is onsite in North Charleston, SC, with field visits to job sites. Base salary is $65,000–$75,000 per year, plus $50 per qualifying installation quality-assurance inspection and potential monthly bonuses up to $4,000 based on volume and plan requirements. ARS–Rescue Rooter provides residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. The role strengthens installation quality by coaching crews, demonstrating proper techniques, inspecting work, and helping resolve technical challenges. It develops installers, reinforces standards and safe practices, and aims to reduce callbacks and support reliable systems and positive customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on field training and technical coaching
• demonstrate installation techniques
• visit job sites to inspect workmanship, troubleshoot, and guide corrections
• train on airflow, ductwork, piping, electrical connections, setup, and startup
• conduct quality inspections
• identify skill gaps and coach installers
• support complex installations
• reinforce safety and customer communication
• review callbacks and performance with branch leadership.
