Senior Field Marketing Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of eight field marketing professionals
• set team priorities and performance objectives
• conduct one-on-ones, performance discussions, field visits, and development planning
• allocate territories, accounts, projects, and workloads
• oversee regional marketing programs and customer relationships
• guide product promotion and application messaging
• provide senior technical guidance and coordinate internal support
• oversee market intelligence and reporting
• partner with Sales, Marketing, mill operations, technical resources, and Human Resources
• coordinate product concerns and claims
• review plans, budgets, and results
• represent the company at customer meetings and industry events as appropriate
• contribute field perspectives to product strategy and marketing programs.
