What you'll do

• Provide first- and second-level hardware, software, and network support
• support production and office users
• manage Windows and macOS endpoints and mobile configurations
• administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and identity tools
• support ERP, MES, traceability, and shop-floor systems
• maintain servers and business applications
• support production-connected printers and scanners
• collaborate on cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery
• document procedures and configurations
• participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
