Shipping Lead

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily shipping activities
• assist with supervising, training, and coaching Shipping Associates
• ensure orders are picked, packed, staged, and loaded accurately
• verify shipping documents
• process inventory transactions in the WMS
• help resolve discrepancies and damages
• assign and monitor work
• coordinate outbound loads with Transportation
• conduct daily stand-up meetings
• maintain facility organization and safety.
