Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Virginia Beach, VA. Compensation is $15.52–$19.52 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns through the POS system
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty benefits
• support associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll tasks
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• manage inventory, loss prevention, deposits, and daily transaction records
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.

Why this role
