What you'll do

• Enforce restaurant policies, procedures, standards, training, and culture
• support the General Manager in developing team performance
• perform restaurant stations and functions
• supervise shifts and manage operations in the General Manager’s absence
• assist with administrative duties, evaluations, scheduling, and financial objectives
• coach and develop Service Managers and employees
• deliver speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product quality, and hospitality.
