Event Coordinator — Part-Time

The coordinator supports onsite food events by preparing spaces, resolving operational and technology issues, and assisting customers and restaurant partners. What you'll do

• Set up and tear down events
• clean equipment and site areas
• troubleshoot event issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, restaurant arrivals, or communications
• use Fooda technology and standard procedures
• troubleshoot POS, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
• conduct promotions and mobile-app coaching
• provide onsite customer service
• audit restaurant event setups
• escalate issues to the Operations Manager
• work critical lunch hours, generally Monday–Friday 10 a.m.–2 p.m., with responsibilities potentially spanning 8 a.m.–4 p.m. depending on market needs.
