Infrastructure Engineer I

What you'll do

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services
• provision and maintain Hyper-V or VMware virtual machines
• perform scheduled patch management
• install, cable, and replace network equipment at company sites
• stage and configure equipment, perform cutovers, validate connectivity, and update inventories and diagrams
• monitor backups and perform test restores
• respond to routine infrastructure alerts and incidents and escalate complex issues
• apply security patches and assist with configuration hardening
• maintain runbooks and documentation
• provide onsite infrastructure support
• travel occasionally, including overnight travel.
