The Landscape Estimator role is onsite in Mesa, AZ. On-target earnings are $50,000–$70,000 per year, DOE. The role supports sales and operations by preparing timely proposals, maintaining bid and pipeline records, clarifying project scope, and coordinating pricing and handoffs for awarded work.

What you'll do

• Review planting, irrigation, hardscape, and site plans
• perform quantity takeoffs and calculate labor, materials, and equipment costs using On Screen Takeoff
• prepare proposals and bid packages
• identify scope gaps
• track bids and communications in Zoho CRM
• coordinate follow-ups with sales
• respond to RFIs
• coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, sales, and operations
• contribute to estimating templates and tools.
