The MQ Lead — D Shift role is onsite in Bloomingdale, Illinois. Compensation is $24–$29 per hour. The role supports Now Foods’ manufacturing and packaging operations by coordinating quality inspection and helping ensure product quality and food safety. The lead coordinates shift inspection work, investigates nonconformances and complaints, and works with operations and manufacturing support teams on corrective actions. The role also supports employee training, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Coordinate shift inspection activities and delegate daily tasks
• perform inspections and disposition materials
• investigate nonconformances and customer complaints
• conduct internal cGMP audits
• track deviations and holds
• perform root-cause analysis and recommend preventive actions
• assist packaging and processing teams with troubleshooting and rework
• support monthly metrics
• identify and address food safety issues
• train and mentor MQ employees
• review SOPs
• complete LIMS and Oracle documentation
• release materials and support continuous improvement.
