Manager, Retail Learning Design

Job overview

The Manager, Retail Learning Design role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with travel up to 25%. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year. The role supports SKIMS Retail and works closely with the Senior Manager of Retail Training. The manager designs scalable learning experiences and maintains the content, platforms, and processes that support retail teams globally. The work translates business initiatives into consistent learning and uses measurement and feedback to improve learner engagement and business performance.

What you'll do

• Design digital and instructor-led learning for onboarding, product knowledge, selling behaviors, leadership, customer experience, and operations
• create learning modules, guides, job aids, assessments, and videos
• manage learning platforms and digital content governance
• maintain content standards, version control, and publishing schedules
• develop learning calendars and effectiveness measures
• collaborate across teams
• manage learning projects from concept through launch
• support learning sessions and field events as needed.
