What you'll do

• Show apartments and lease units at optimum rent levels
• greet prospects and convert walk-ins, calls, and emails into appointments and leases
• maintain waiting lists and follow up with applicants
• screen applicants and prepare leases
• conduct move-in orientations and handle renewals, extensions, subleases, and vacating notices
• support resident retention, office operations, property walks, and resident concerns.
