What you'll do

• Operate cardboard and paper baling equipment
• inspect equipment and secure doors and latches before operation
• create, wire, and eject bales according to procedures
• move bales on pallets using approved equipment
• weigh and record bales
• load bales onto recycling trailers
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• report equipment issues and safety concerns.
