The Registered Nurse (RN), NOC Shift role is onsite in Mukwonago, WI. Compensation is $39.75–$44.50 per hour, dependent on experience. LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus community, provides assisted living, memory support, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing care to older adults. The RN is responsible for residents’ total nursing needs, providing person-centered care through assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and documentation. The role also coordinates and evaluates care, communicates with residents, families, physicians, and staff, supervises nursing staff, and supports quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care, including medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in condition
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff
• coordinate and delegate care in compliance with regulations, safety, and infection prevention standards
• supervise nursing staff and manage staffing, assignments, supplies, and resources
• support quality improvement through incident investigations and interdisciplinary collaboration.
