What you'll do

• Stock and set up kitchen stations
• clean, cut, and cook ingredients for appetizers, snacks, main dishes, and desserts
• plate food according to Kitchen Manager guidance
• coordinate with servers to complete orders promptly and as requested
• clean and store kitchen utensils and equipment
• follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• record refrigerator and line temperatures daily
• clean kitchen equipment daily
• cross-train in prep cooking and assume those responsibilities as needed
• put away incoming food orders as needed.
