What you'll do

• Establish intake for site and rooftop leases, easements, rights-of-way, pole attachments, franchises, rights of entry, IRUs, and crossings
• abstract agreements and maintain obligation calendars
• organize files for audit readiness
• support coverage and location reporting and reconcile filings with Network Operations
• track notice windows and escalators
• coordinate regulatory calendars and filings
• travel to markets, landlord offices, and sites when needed
• build processes and hire or coach early team members as approved.
