What you'll do

• Assist with seasonal menu creation informed by customer research
• prepare, plate, and present dishes
• supervise and delegate tasks to team members
• maintain inventory and restock as needed
• follow food safety regulations
• participate in kitchen opening and closing
• maintain a clean, efficient workspace
• regulate product pars
• perform other duties assigned by the executive chef or management.
