Resident Care Associate

What you'll do

• Provide companion care, including reading, visiting, correspondence, and other tasks in the care plan
• assist with bathing, showering, and dressing
• make beds and keep resident care areas organized
• promote independence and safety
• assist with exercises and ambulation as directed
• apply ordered medical or adaptive devices
• collect specimens as directed
• follow emergency protocols and policies
• comply with HIPAA and safety guidelines.
