Trumpf Laser Programmer / Operator

The Trumpf Laser Programmer / Operator role is onsite in Sterling Heights, MI. Compensation is $34–$35 per hour. The position supports a manufacturing team by programming and operating Trumpf laser machines to produce parts that meet customer quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Program Trumpf lasers online and offline using Tru Tops and Catia
• set up and operate laser cutting machines
• retrieve and edit programs
• select gases, nozzles, and materials
• and perform machine startup and shutdown. Monitor cutting performance, diagnose machining problems, check product quality, follow work instructions and safety procedures, and perform preventive maintenance and housekeeping.
