Registered Behavior Technician — Wildwood Location is an onsite role in Columbia, SC, with a guaranteed 40-hour work week and starting pay of $18 per hour. ABLE Kids provides services for children with autism and offers training for the Registered Behavior Technician certification. The technician delivers one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children ages 2–6 under BCBA supervision. The role implements treatment plans, supports families, records progress data, and helps children develop communication, daily living, motor, and other skills.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in a clinical setting
• implement BCBA-created treatment plans
• support parents under BCBA supervision
• communicate with families and team members
• collect and document treatment-goal data
• participate in training and team collaboration
• help maintain a welcoming clinic environment.
