The Stormwater Crew Leader (Driver/Helper) — Post-Construction role is onsite in Livermore, CA, with work at various sites. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. The work helps ensure stormwater returning to the ocean is clean. The crew leader directs field work to service and maintain storm drain devices, install filters and related equipment, and keep crews and vehicles operating safely. The role also supports accurate reporting, crew training, and communication with the office and project managers.

What you'll do

• Service storm drains, vaults, and bioswales
• install filters, StormTek devices, and cartridge exchanges
• complete vehicle and equipment safety checks
• use tools, pumps, vactor equipment, suction hose, and pressure washer
• review work orders and load materials
• drive truck and trailer to sites
• ensure proper PPE and set up traffic control
• complete measurement forms and digital reports
• clean and maintain truck and equipment
• attend safety meetings and training
• assist with training new employees
• maintain a clean driving record and communicate with office staff and project managers.
