What you'll do

• Oversee and provide customer-service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader
• help maintain employee retention and productivity
• assist with merchandising and marketing programs
• handle cash and fuel transactions and promote the loyalty program
• maintain a clean, safe, presentable, and stocked store by following health and sanitation procedures
• communicate effectively and use computer tools including Microsoft products.
