What you'll do

• Maintain a loaner fleet of more than 60 vehicles
• coordinate with service advisors
• ensure vehicles are cleaned and serviced before loan
• prepare loaner contracts and collect driver, address, and insurance information
• bill clients for toll and parking violations
• coordinate damaged-vehicle repairs with the body shop
• collect deductibles and damage charges
• report daily vehicle availability
• follow up to arrange vehicle pickup.
