Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Portland, OR, with compensation of $18–$23 per hour. The position supports CSC Management’s multifamily properties and its mission to bring properties to their full potential while providing safe, welcoming communities for tenants. The technician inspects, repairs, and maintains property systems and common areas, responding to tenant service requests and completing make-ready work. The role helps keep properties safe, functional, and well maintained through timely repairs and accurate maintenance records.

What you'll do

• Conduct maintenance inspections and identify repairs
• respond to tenant service requests and coordinate repairs
• perform plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, appliance, and general upkeep work
• complete apartment make-ready tasks
• maintain records
• keep common areas and grounds safe and clean
• maintain parts inventory
• report major repairs and expenditures to management
• perform additional duties assigned by the manager or property supervisor.

Why this role
