What you'll do

• Support clients’ housing goals through referrals and housing searches
• develop and facilitate housing workshops
• build community and landlord connections
• review housing packages
• conduct intake and reassessments
• maintain client documentation and progress notes
• follow up after move-out. May escort clients to appointments and assist with benefits applications.
