Resident Assistant

The Resident Assistant role is onsite in Clear Lake, IA. Compensation is $16 per hour. The position supports residents at Apple Valley Place and follows the Better Days Memory Care philosophy within Better Living’s senior living communities.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility
• provide meal assistance and hydration
• report changes in condition
• follow care and service plans
• support daily programming and memory care activities
• promote resident choice and dignity
• follow infection-control and emergency procedures
• document care and observations
• communicate with nurses, leadership, and peers.
