The Floor Supervisor role is onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pay is $25–$27 per hour. The role leads a production team of approximately 5–12 employees at an automotive manufacturing and remanufacturing organization producing components for OEM and aftermarket customers. The supervisor keeps production activities on schedule while monitoring quality, productivity, and safety. By coaching employees, addressing equipment and process issues, and coordinating with Production, Quality, and Maintenance, the role supports reliable manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and train production employees
• assign daily work and keep production on schedule
• monitor productivity, material usage, scrap, downtime, and other metrics
• assist with equipment setup and troubleshoot mechanical or process issues
• coordinate with Maintenance on repairs
• partner with Quality on production concerns
• identify workflow issues and help implement improvements
• manage timekeeping, scheduling, overtime, and performance feedback
• reinforce procedures and safety requirements
• maintain production information in company systems
• collaborate across departments.
