Job overview

The Mental Health Recovery Coach role is onsite in Allentown, PA, supporting Access Services’ Community Residential Rehabilitation Group Home. The base rate starts at $18 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for the Saturday 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift. Access Services provides support to individuals with mental health needs in their homes and communities. The coach assists individuals with daily needs, crisis management, and connection to social networks, while coordinating with state and local agencies and communicating with the Assistant Director. The role includes documentation in the electronic health record, meetings, and personal care as needed; the schedule includes Monday through Wednesday and Saturday 3 p.m.–11 p.m., plus Sunday 7 a.m.–3 p.m., with Thursday and Friday off.

  • maintain daily logs and requested EHR documentation
