What you'll do

• Manage procurement projects from kickoff through closeout
• maintain schedules and tracking documents
• coordinate designers, vendors, warehouses, and installation teams
• manage purchase orders
• communicate with clients and provide weekly status and financial reports
• source and specify FF&E
• evaluate vendor proposals
• track lead times, delivery, and installation
• maintain budgets, invoices, billing, and reconciliation.
