• Greet customers and assist with quick-service needs
• write and manage repair orders
• recommend scheduled maintenance and needed services
• explain estimates and service recommendations
• coordinate with technicians
• review technician findings
• follow up with customers
• complete documentation
• maintain an organized service drive.
