What you'll do

• Prepare trays for general and therapeutic diets
• prepare and deliver requested items
• maintain the tray line
• deliver and return food carts
• operate and monitor dishwashers and record temperatures
• wash dishes and utensils
• clean floors, refrigerators, and storage areas
• rotate and date supplies
• assist with salads, desserts, and nourishments
• follow infection prevention practices.
