This role exists to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by leading frontline register transactions and mentoring associates. The coordinator ensures efficient store operations, maintains cash controls, and fosters a welcoming environment for all customers.

What you'll do

• Promotes a highly satisfied customer experience, drives customer loyalty, addresses customer concerns, trains and mentors associates on policies and procedures, monitors cash controls, assigns registers, coordinates breaks, audits paperwork, and maintains frontline cleanliness and merchandising standards.
