What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and customer support
• renovate vacant units, including drywall, outlet, toilet, and small flooring work
• diagnose problems and determine repairs
• install or repair products and test their operation
• explain issues and repairs to customers
• educate clients on product use and maintenance
• order parts as needed
• complete detailed service reports and records
• maintain customer relationships
• participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
