Production Planner – Night Shift

The Production Planner – Night Shift role is onsite at International’s San Antonio, TX manufacturing facility. The stated salary range is $56,800–$85,200 per year. International builds commercial vehicles and supports its production operations in San Antonio. The planner coordinates manufacturing readiness for new products, engineering changes, and production launches. By preparing routings, documentation, materials, stations, and training, the role helps ensure new and changed products can move into production effectively. The night shift is Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM; occasional weekend support may be needed.

What you'll do

• Support new product introduction activities
• review drawings, bills of materials, specifications, and technical documents
• develop and validate manufacturing routings and point of application
• create and maintain build books, process books, and manufacturing documentation
• conduct station readiness reviews
• coordinate readiness actions
• track affected production jobs
• provide hands-on support during pilot, prototype, certification, and initial production builds
• track issues and corrective actions
• coordinate training
• audit material readiness and point-of-use requirements
• communicate readiness status, risks, and schedules.
