Maintenance Technician, Multifamily Housing

What you'll do

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, roofing, and appliance repairs
• implement preventive maintenance
• maintain repair equipment and supply inventory
• inspect buildings, units, offices, and amenity spaces
• maintain common areas and grounds
• prepare vacant units for move-in
• respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
