What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with menu selections
• take orders using a POS register and handle payments and cash counts
• prepare and serve hot and cold food according to recipes and procedures
• maintain food temperatures, prevent cross-contamination, and rotate food
• clean and organize dining areas, beverage stations, windows, counters, and equipment
• follow Southern Nevada Health District food-safety standards and company hygiene policies
• support coworkers and communicate with managers.
