The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Beverly, MA and the surrounding area. Compensation is $95,000–$110,000 annually. The NEEDS Center provides services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, with a focus on helping people become as independent as possible. The nurse coordinates and delivers residential health supports across day programs and group homes, ensuring medical services, follow-up care, training, and documentation meet individual needs and residential regulations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate care with specialists
• ensure follow-up after medical appointments
• conduct nursing assessments
• audit residences and provide feedback and training
• deliver medical and medication training
• provide on-call telephone triage
• prepare residences for state audits
• assist with new home openings and admissions
• communicate with families, guardians, and DDS
• track annual physical, dental, and vaccine information
• assist with nutrition and menu planning alongside a nutritionist.
