What you'll do

• Lead onsite initiative implementation
• facilitate the school-level advisory board
• coordinate with school leaders and partners
• deliver or coordinate student, family, academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports
• coordinate extended learning and family engagement programming
• monitor partner services
• maintain grant documentation
• and support evaluation and continuous improvement.
