The After-School Child Care Volunteer role is onsite at Kids Club in Worcester, MA, Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Compensation is not specified. The Boys & Girls Club of Worcester supports the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of local children. The role exists to help provide children ages 5–13 with safe, engaging after-school programming. Volunteers lead and assist with activities, build positive relationships, and encourage participation, teamwork, and personal growth.

What you'll do

• Lead or assist with games, sports, arts and crafts, STEM projects, homework help, and enrichment activities.
• Build positive relationships with children and families, encourage participation and teamwork, help maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and support educational and recreational programming.
