What you'll do

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight
  • support evidence-based practices and quality outcomes
  • review staff documentation and clinical work
  • recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
  • maintain a caseload and provide individual, group, and family counseling
  • coordinate services with community agencies and prescribers
  • support regulatory and quality assurance requirements
  • provide after-hours emergency services on a rotating 24-hour basis and may participate in backup on-call rotation.
