The Shift Leader role is onsite in Louisville, KY, with pay of $15.50–$17.50 per hour. Smashburger’s stated aim is to serve better burgers through service, support, and teamwork. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader guides front- and back-of-house employees and oversees daily restaurant operations. The role supports consistent food safety, guest service, team training, and operational standards during each shift.

What you'll do

• Manage front- and back-of-house employee performance
• promote a positive work environment
• train employees and support onboarding
• complete operational checklists, line checks, opening and closing checklists, and safe and deposit logs
• monitor guest experience metrics
• uphold food safety standards
• follow food ordering, inventory, cash, and labor procedures.
