What you'll do

• Provide personal care and direct support, promote self-help and social skills, administer medications if certified, monitor health and safety, implement support plans, and document progress in the electronic health record.
• Support community activities and social relationships, drive agency vehicles and maintain logs, complete required training and certifications, and provide coverage at alternate program sites as needed.
