What you'll do

• Compile and resolve punch-list items
• conduct customer pre-construction meetings and final walk-throughs
• obtain signed completion or satisfaction certificates
• provide daily project updates
• schedule subcontractors and suppliers
• ensure work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope
• document project activities
• execute change orders
• maintain quality through site inspections
• evaluate vendors and subcontractors
• coordinate jurisdictional inspections
• verify material deliveries
• validate schedules and progress
• identify work outside contracted scope.
