What you'll do

• Lead daily field operations for an assigned area or work package
• plan logistics, staffing, deliveries, inspections, access, productivity, and sequencing
• own look-ahead planning and recovery actions
• coordinate subcontractors and field planning
• drive jobsite safety
• coordinate quality inspections and corrective actions
• identify field conflicts, constructability issues, scope gaps, procurement risks, and schedule impacts
• partner with project leadership on status, changes, costs, and risks
• maintain field records and support commissioning, turnover, punch lists, and closeout.
