What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific procedures and healthcare policies
• respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols
• monitor access points and assist with visitor management
• report suspicious activity or policy violations
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activities and communicate relevant information.
